Musée Carnavalet
Musée
Carnavalet is specialized on the history of Paris, starting from the
Middle-Ages with a collection of old street signs, Paris through the ages in
paintings, there is a special section dedicated to Paris during the Revolution
and there is a beautiful Napoleon III wing.

5. Centre Georges Pompidou, Museum of Modern Art
Modern Art in Paris are housed in Centre Georges Pompidou or also known as
Beaubourg, in the center of the Halles where one can go up and admire the
view of the city and Montmartre, and in the Museum of Modern Art near Trocadero
which specializes more in early modern art (1905).
6 Musée Rodin
Musée
Rodin, the turn of the century expressive sculptor, also where Camille Claudel lived and worked. The museum is surrounded by a beautiful garden full of Rodin's work. |
7 Musée Delacroix, a museum situated in the center of the Latin Quarter
8. Musée Dapper
Paris is one of the centers for African Art, you can admire well-chosen examples
at Musée Dapper,
a private museum with selected objects.
